Fitness Academy Belfast (FAB) Cancellation and Enrolment Policy

Thank you for choosing FAB as your training provider. We are committed to supporting your

educational journey and providing an exceptional learning experience. To ensure clarity,

fairness, and operational efficiency, we have established the following cancellation and

enrolment policy:

Finality of Sales: Once a student has enrolled and completed the payment process for any

course offered by FAB, the sale is considered final. This policy reflects the administrative

costs incurred upon registration and the limited availability of course placements.

Note: This does not affect your statutory rights under consumer protection legislation.

Access to Content: Upon enrolment, students receive access to the digital educational

content for their chosen course. As such, by accessing course materials, students expressly

acknowledge and agree that their right to cancel under the 14-day "cooling-off period" (as

provided under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) may be waived once digital

content is accessed.

Course Availability and Reservation: Due to high demand, places on FAB courses are

limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Once a place is confirmed, it is

reserved exclusively for the enrolled student and cannot be offered to others. This ensures

fairness and commitment to all participants.

Transfer Policy: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. While course

fees are non-refundable, FAB offers students the opportunity to transfer their enrolment to

another available course under the following conditions:

a. The transfer request must be made in writing to our customer support team at least 21

days before the course start date.

b. The request must include the full name and contact information of the individual to whom

the place may be transferred (if applicable).

c. Transfers are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

d. An administrative fee may apply to process the transfer.

Extenuating Circumstances: FAB recognises that serious illness, bereavement, or

unavoidable emergencies may affect your ability to attend a course. In such cases, we

encourage students to contact our support team as soon as possible.

Each situation will be considered individually and compassionately, and we will work with

affected students to find a reasonable and fair solution. Documentary evidence may be

required.

If you have any questions or require assistance with this policy, please reach out to our

customer support team at fitnessacademybelfast@gmail.com.
