Course Overview:

This one-day CPD course will advance your coaching skills, whilst mastering key Suspension Trainer exercises.
Whilst you are here to master Suspension Training, you'll build your overall instructing confidence. You'll be able to transfer everything, to your existing modes of training and supercharge your overall client results.
This 1-day short CPD course explores 12 Suspension Training exercises including multiple variations and adaptations. Familiarise yourself with many methods of teaching each exercise, so you are prepared to instruct your clients with confidence.

Incorporating Suspension training into your FITPRO business is a smart move, enabling you to access strength training with limited equipment, anywhere! Grasp the concept of challenging your clients to overload and create progressive plans with confidence.

A key part of the course is being able to mix with other like-minded fitness professionals for a full day. Leave this one-day course buzzing with ideas and enthusiasm to integrate into your current FITPRO practice.

Course Structure:
There's very little sitting around with 90% of the day being practical based with a maximum of 8 learners. The practical workshops are not a test of your own fitness or what you can do. Rather it's a time to practice coaching and learn how to be an outstanding Suspension training instructor.

While many have incorporated Suspension Training into their own workouts for exercises like squats or a chest press, this workshop delves into the nuances of proper Suspension Training technique, set-up and coaching a library of lower body exercises.

This course will focus on your skillset as an instructor, including teaching position, coaching cues and observations. These skills are refined whilst learning and practicing these upper body exercises:
